Q: Are your products suitable for outdoor use? A: Yes, our metal art pieces are designed to withstand outdoor conditions. However, it's recommended to check the product description or contact us directly for specific outdoor suitability details. Matte black is the most durable finish for outdoors, clear coat would be the least.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item for information on returns or exchanges.
Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange? A: To start a return or exchange process, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details. Exchanges are free, please ship the item back and let us know what you would like to exchange it for. Returns are easy but subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as the return postage, we do not refund the shipping amount.
